Eligibility
- Must be a practising Advocate.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa (for the Mumbai office) or the Bar Council of West Bengal (for the Kolkata office).
- Possess 2–3 years of professional experience.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of litigation and arbitration.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Handle litigation-related matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
- Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
