Eligibility
- 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to independently appear before courts and tribunals.
- Good understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
- Ability to manage matters independently and contribute to litigation strategy.
- Prior experience in a litigation chamber or law firm.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and other legal documents.
- Handle appearances before courts and tribunals.
- Manage litigation matters independently.
- Assist in dispute resolution and insolvency-related proceedings.
