Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Manage retail sales transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and receipt issuance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, bathroom, and seating spaces, adhering to food safety and food handling guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and beverage service to support daily operations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience as a barista with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service.
