Our law firm client, a well-established firm, is seeking a Construction Defect Attorney to join its growing team. This firm is recognized for its deep expertise in construction law and its long-standing relationships with developers, contractors, and design professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle construction defect matters from pre-litigation through trial
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and court hearings
• Work closely with clients, experts, and consultants to build strong case strategies
• Manage a diverse caseload involving residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited law school and an active bar license
• 3 years of construction defect or complex litigation experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a team
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
