Our 10 Attorney Law Firm seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who is Bilingual (English/Spanish) and can handle their own case load and work closely with the Attorneys.
This person will have 3-5 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation, be able to handle a case load of 50 plus cases that are in progress, and have excellent scheduling and calendaring skills. You will not be writing briefs and doing a lot of research. Your work consists mostly of case management and discovery: preparing Complaints, 16.1 Disclosures, respond and propound discovery, preparing exhibit binders and preparation for trial, if necessary.

- Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure and FRCP
- E-filing experience
- Be very organized
- Able to work as a team or independently
- Computer savvy with MS Word and preferably Needles
- Strong in discovery
- Possess excellent calendaring skills and case management skills
