Law Realty manages a wide range of industrial, warehousing, and office spaces throughout the New England area. The property management team performs consistent property maintenance, landscaping, upgrades and renovations, and the occasional special project for its tenants.
FT Hours are approximately 6:30-2:30 Mon-Fri
$23-$25/per hour

$23-$25/per hour
What you will do on a typical day:
- Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment
- Assisting with other types of repairs or maintenance
- Operating power equipment for grounds maintenance or snow removal
- Assist in moving equipment, racking, office units, furniture, etc
- Provide services as needed to tenants and tenants’ properties
- maintains clean, safe, and orderly work area and sites
- Basic knowledge of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry, ground’s keeping, appliance repair, roof repair, and minor electrical work
- Ability to operate fork truck, scissor lifter, bucket loader, snowplow equipment, bucket truck, box van, and ground equipment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- A valid driver’s license. CDL preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) plus 4 years of related experience
- Experience with tools used in maintenance and repair of building facilities.
