Tyre Law Group, PC is seeking a highly personable, confident, and conversion-minded Estate Planning Sales Attorney to lead prospective clients through the consultation and engagement process and help turn qualified leads into retained clients.
This is a client-facing attorney role for someone who is strong in meetings, good with people, and able to build trust quickly while guiding potential clients toward action. You will meet with prospective clients, conduct estate planning consultations, identify needs, assist with client information intake, explain the firm’s recommended services, and help move clients through engagement.
This is not a drafting-heavy or back-end legal role.
The primary focus of this position is consultations, intake, client conversion, and signed engagement. You may provide legal guidance within the scope of the consultation, but you will not be responsible for carrying files through drafting, document production, or ongoing substantive legal work after the client signs.
Compensation
$100,000–$140,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses up to $100,000 (total compensation potential up to $240,000).
