We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Manage and support litigation processes from inception through resolution, including trial preparation and court depositions.
- Conduct statutory legal research to inform case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence with clients and courts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal counsel tailored to their needs.
- Assist in case management by organizing case files, maintaining accurate records, and tracking case deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on legal strategy development and case analysis.
- Support trial proceedings by preparing exhibits, witness lists, and other necessary documentation.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Maryland Bar required; DC Bar admission a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
- Demonstrated skills in legal writing, research, and client communication.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
