Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Attorney at the Law Offices of Stefan J. Erwin, LLC, located in Union, NJ. The Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and representation in civil, municipal and criminal litigation, conducting thorough legal research, managing client interactions, and participating court proceedings. Additional tasks may include drafting documents, appearing in Court, and collaborating with other legal professionals to provide exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Civil Law, Municipal Practice, and/or Criminal Litigation
- Experience providing Legal Advice and creating tailored legal strategies
- Proficiency in Legal Research and the ability to analyze complex information
- Effective Negotiation skills to advocate for clients and resolve disputes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bar admission in New Jersey
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Commitment to delivering client-focused legal services
Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
