Intake Specialist - Personal Injury (Bilingual English/Spanish)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Intake Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join our Irvine, CA location. This role entails conducting initial consultations to determine representation with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding phone skills to serve as the point of contact for intake leads. We are looking to add a team member who is motivated by growth, able to juggle multiple important deadlines, and work collaboratively with other members of the Firm. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully on-site role in our Irvine, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients and gather necessary information to determine the eligibility of representation by our firm.
• Follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and text to retain clients.
• Maintain detailed notes and update the lead's status in the system as needed.
• Obtain all necessary signed documents from potential clients to retain them.
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
• Direct prospective clients to appropriate resources and manage urgent cases efficiently
• Assist in other administrative tasks as required to support firm operations.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous intake experience or Law Firm experience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and comprehend multiple daily intake calls
• Strong knowledge of detailed intake techniques with empathy
• Effective written and oral communication skills with clients and vendors
• Impeccable organizational skills and ability to balance multiple cases and priorities at once
• Meticulous writing abilities
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a related field
• Proven experience in sales
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with clients in a compassionate and professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with CASEpeer legal management software is a plus
• A strong desire to support clients during their challenging times and a willingness to learn more about personal injury law
