Are you looking for an opportunity to grow as a personal injury attorney within a fast-growing, client-focused law firm? We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team.
We are a fast-growing, client-first personal injury firm focused on delivering meaningful results while building a team that takes ownership and drives outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Handle pre-litigation and assist with litigation, discovery, and case strategy
Communicate regularly with clients and provide exceptional service
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive strong case outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed attorney in South Carolina (or ability to become licensed quickly)
Preferred: 5 years of experience (not required)
Bonus: Trial experience or litigation background
Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)
