Client Onboarding Specialist | Remote | Tuesday - Saturday (10:00AM -7:00pm EST)
We are looking for a highly motivated individual interested in growth to join our team of Client Onboarding-Specialists. This position entails a high call volume focusing on assisting new clients with the Firm’s onboarding process. The specialist’s role includes familiarizing newly engaged clients with the Firm’s services and ensuring receipt of all documents necessary for successful onboarding. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a fast-paced, professional environment, and has a genuine desire to help people in difficult times.
Target Start Date: July 13, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting new clients with the Firm’s digital onboarding process, including client intake, gathering & review of documents, and ensuring successful completion of client onboarding
- Utilizing the Firm’s Salesforce CRM software in performing client-support tasks
- Meeting high-quality performance requirements and goals for all tasks and responsibilities
- Reviewing client documents for completeness and uploading to the Firm’s client management system
- Following up with clients as needed to complete their onboarding
- Other related tasks as instructed by the Firm’s attorneys
- Required- | Remote Tuesday - Saturday ( 10:00AM - 7:00 PM EST)
- Sales or other customer-facing experience is preferred, including experience in a consulting role or financial services in call center environment
- Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven responsibility and reliability
- Bi-lingual is not necessary but is a plus (e.g., Spanish)
