Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials and hearings.
· Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents for court filings.
· Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal correspondence.
· Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
· Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to strategize case management.
· Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and documentation.
Qualifications
· Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and team oriented.
· Proficient in legal drafting with a strong attention to detail.
· Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
· A commitment to providing high-quality legal services while maintaining ethical standards.
· Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
