- Draft estate planning documents, including deeds
- Communicate directly with clients
- Maintain files and deadlines
- Communications with various County Recorders Offices
Qualifications for Paralegal
- Familiarity with estate planning and terminology
- Working knowledge of deeds
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Systematic and able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues
- Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor
