- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail and clarity in all written communication.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to balance firm legal standards with practical business considerations.
- Prior experience working in a busy law office environment or legal department is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
