Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda
- Assisting with the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Reviewing and summarizing case files, records, and discovery materials
- Supporting attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation
- Communicating with clients, courts, and third parties as needed
- Performing general administrative and legal support tasks
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (day or evening program)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Interest in family law or litigation
- Prior legal internship or clerkship experience
