The Law Offices of James A. Welcome has an opening for an enthusiastic and professional bilingual receptionist and administrative assistant. A minimum of two years working in a professional office as a receptionist or secretary is required. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate is one with 2 years' experience as a bilingual legal receptionist, dental office or in a similar office, such as a medical office, and is someone who is always looking to learn more and grow along with the firm. Sales background is also a positive. The ability to translate documents from Spanish to English is preferred.
Must be fully fluent in writing and speaking English and Spanish.

Daily tasks and duties include
The ability to manage a large amount of phone calls, office support tasks, walk-in clients and prospective clients, data collection.
