The Law Offices of Gerald S. Ohn, APC is an aggressive plaintiffs' oriented civil litigation Law Firm that seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for its office in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.
We seek an Associate Attorney to engage in motion practice; propound and respond to written discovery; take and defend depositions; and conduct oral argument in Court. The Associate Attorney will also have the opportunity to conduct jury trials.
Our practice areas include toxic torts, habitability, slum housing, consumer class actions, mass torts, business, personal injury, anti-SLAPP, real estate, trial, and appellate litigation in state and federal courts.
We are seeking a candidate with a passion for the law and the art of advocacy.
Salary commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonus.
