The Ezequiel Reyna Law Office is seeking a full-time Negotiator to join our personal injury team at our Weslaco, Texas location.
This position is responsible for reviewing and negotiating automobile accident claims while maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the process.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities include negotiating car accident claims, meeting with clients, and assisting with pre-litigation case development.
Requirements include a minimum of one year of personal injury or pre-litigation experience. Applicants must be a high school graduate, with two years of college preferred. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be bilingual preferred, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
This is a full-time, in-office position with set hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes health insurance benefits.
