Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Beverly Hills, CA, for a Demand Writer. The Demand Writer will draft compelling and comprehensive demand letters to support personal injury claims. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and reviewing case information, interpreting medical records, summarizing claims, and liaising with attorneys to ensure accurate representation of case details. The Demand Writer will also conduct research and ensure all written content aligns with legal standards and client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience drafting demands in personal injury matters
- Strong legal writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to analyze and summarize medical records and case files
- Proficiency in legal research, attention to detail, and document accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal management software (Filevine experience is a plus)
