Case Manager/Paralegal – Family Law & Estate Planning
Location: Tamarac, FL (In-office preferred, hybrid acceptable for the right candidate)

$50,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and estate planning documents.
- Manage case files, schedule hearings and mediations, and prepare for trial.
- Support attorneys in complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, and child support.
- Assist with estate planning services, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver excellent client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of paralegal experience in family law required; estate planning experience strongly preferred.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Florida family law rules and estate planning procedures.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- MyCase or similar case management software experience is a plus.
- Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are needed
- Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research is vital
- Case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as legal secretary, paralegal, or legal assistant at a law firm, non-profit, or human services agency
- Be a self-starter and able to effectively manage multiple matters at once
- Comfortable with computer programs, such as spreadsheet presentation, word processing, and case management software
