- Expanding law firm seeking part-time/full-time legal assistant (flexible hours)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to lawyer/paralegal and enhance office effectiveness;
- Manage client files and keep them updated;
- Assist with drafting basic legal documents and correspondence;
- Assist with client information intake and phone calls; and
- Assist with office upkeep and organization.
Skills:
- Spanish fluency is a plus but not required;
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Google docs;
- Great organization skills and highly self-motivated;
- Strong proofreading skills; and
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
