We are a growing immigration law firm seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal with at least one year of experience to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of employment-based, family-based, and nonimmigrant visa cases in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare employment-based immigrant petitions
- Prepare family-based immigration petitions
- Prepare nonimmigrant visa petitions, including O-1 and E-2 visas
- Complete immigration forms and draft supporting documentation
- Organize and maintain case files and evidence
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and filings
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with USCIS requirements and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an immigration paralegal
- Experience with employment-based, family-based, and nonimmigrant cases
- Familiarity with O-1 and E-2 visas preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Proficiency with immigration forms and case management systems
