Position Overview
The Case Manager will work directly with attorneys and staff to manage a caseload of workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain workers’ compensation case files under attorney supervision
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys
- Track deadlines, appointments, and case progress to ensure timely movement of files
- Request, review, and organize medical records and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file records
- Assist with case strategy preparation and general administrative support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling Workers’ Compensation files
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Experience with case management software is a plus
