The Framingham based Law Offices of Alan M. Cohen & Associates LLC, a growing commercial litigation firm is seeking a paralegal preferably with three to ten years’ experience. Excellent opportunity for a hardworking professional to contribute to a fast-paced practice.
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials
- 3-10 years of Litigation Paralegal experience
- 3 Microsoft Word and Excel
- 1 year of Clio Experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research
- Experience with drafting and reviewing Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
