Toxic Tort Litigation Paralegal

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: Up to $120,000

A highly respected national litigation firm is seeking a Toxic Tort Litigation Paralegal to join its San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal who enjoys handling complex toxic tort and product liability matters while working alongside accomplished trial attorneys in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage toxic tort litigation files from inception through trial and resolution
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Review, summarize, and organize medical records, deposition transcripts, and case documents
• Coordinate document productions and maintain litigation databases
• Track court deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and monitor case schedules
• Prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
• Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, local counsel, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibit management, and witness coordination
• Support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment

Qualifications:

• 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience in toxic tort, asbestos, product liability, personal injury defense, or mass tort litigation is highly preferred
• Strong experience handling discovery, document management, and trial preparation
• Excellent organizational and case management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with litigation management software is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$75,000 – $120,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
