Toxic Tort Litigation Paralegal
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: Up to $120,000
A highly respected national litigation firm is seeking a Toxic Tort Litigation Paralegal to join its San Francisco office. Responsibilities:
- Manage toxic tort litigation files from inception through trial and resolution
- Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Review, summarize, and organize medical records, deposition transcripts, and case documents
- Coordinate document productions and maintain litigation databases
- Track court deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and monitor case schedules
- Prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
- Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, local counsel, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation, exhibit management, and witness coordination
- Support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience in toxic tort, asbestos, product liability, personal injury defense, or mass tort litigation is highly preferred
- Strong experience handling discovery, document management, and trial preparation
- Excellent organizational and case management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with litigation management software is a plus
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$75,000 – $120,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
