Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming Customer Service Intake Specialist to join our team!
This position is a full time in person position in our Folsom office, with hours from Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

As the Customer Service Intake Specialist your position will be the \"first impression\" for the firm, managing the initial contact with potential clients who are often navigating highly stressful situations. This role will consist of screening cases to see if the potential client is a good match, doing conflict checks, gathering essential details, and setting consultations up around the attorneys' calendar. The Customer Service Intake Specialist provides an efficient and high level of customer service and administrative support to the staff, lawyers and clients. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, excellent communication and computer skills, is highly organized and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities
- Manages Front Desk/Reception via fielding calls, emails, and in person traffic
- Answering phone calls and checking voicemails
- Calendar Consultations
- Run Conflict Checks
- Process Daily Mail
- Collect Client Payments and manage the process associated with collecting payments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting office environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to keep them engaged during their decision-making process
- Maintain Confidentiality and Professionalism at all times
- Professional dress
- Carries oneself with professionalism
Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience in a law office is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiarity with computers
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Highly Organized
- Profession ability to work with highly emotionally charged clients
- Ability to control the dynamic of a conversation with professionalism and empathy
