The Law Office of Scott Glassman, P.A. is a Palm Beach County family law firm where you can make a positive impact in clients' lives, grow professionally, learn, and thrive. As a growing law firm, we now have an opening for an associate attorney.

We are looking for a business savvy associate attorney who is motivated to serve clients, be part of a team, and is self-motivated to generate business. We pride ourselves in exceptional customer service and teamwork.

The right associate will:

· Handle Client matters in and out of court
· Represent Clients at mediation
· Deliver all projects on time
· Network on behalf of the firm
· Originate new work
· Work on assigned cases and tasks
· Have core competencies like taking responsibility, reaching goals, collaborating with team members, offering solutions to issues, remaining calm under pressure and absolutely loving what they do.
· Be open to monthly reviews. Strive for continuous improvement through new ideas, and feedback

Skills Needed to Win:
· Experience in family law.
· Competence in the use of Word, Wordperfect, and Microsoft products.
· Extremely self-motivated - Hungry to achieve goals set
· Teachable attitude and willingness to learn.
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
· Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
· Attention to details and excellent follow through.
· Able to prepare Legal Research and pleadings
· The drive to get things done without being micromanaged.
· Desire to build open and positive relationship with the team
