As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys and assist in the management of legal cases. The ideal candidate will have strong research and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of legal procedures. Previous paralegal experience and/or certification are strongly preferred.

- Conduct thorough document review and analysis
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts
- Maintain case files and organize relevant documents
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness statements
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using legal administrative software and tools such as MyCase and LawPay
