Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Bloomingdale, IL
Employment Type: Flexible looking for someone either Part Time or Full-Time- Hybrid Position (3 days in office, 2 remote)
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Paralegal with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will support attorneys and the real estate team in all aspects of property transactions, contracts, and related business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of real estate practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising real estate contracts, leases, and related legal documents.
- Conduct title searches, review title commitments, and resolve title issues.
- Coordinate real estate closings, including preparation of closing binders and documentation.
- Support due diligence activities by gathering, reviewing, and organizing property and financial records.
- Manage communication with clients, lenders, brokers, title companies, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain case files, track critical dates, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct legal and business research related to real estate transactions.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and other documentation for attorney and client review.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations affecting real estate.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of paralegal or business experience in the real estate industry (law firm or corporate setting preferred).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal certification
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, title, and closing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $50,505.12 - $68,049.17 per year
