Small downtown immigration law firm looking for a paralegal. 2 years experience in immigration law is required. Strong writing skills are a must. Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken is required. New York notary public preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and to interact well with clientele is a must. Duties include preparation of immigration forms, assisting attorney with preparation of motions, appeals, client affidavits, court exhibits and other legal documents as well as researching country conditions & legal issues.
