What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Family Law Attorney/Paralegal position at Law Office of Moira Tierney?
A boutique family law firm seeks an organized and experienced family law attorney for a non-litigation role OR a seasoned family law paralegal to work on cases with lead attorney. A successful candidate will be able to work well with clients, project and prioritize workflow, and shift gears as needed.
This position will primarily include preparing discovery responses and serving discovery requests, preparation of Short and Long Form Financial Statements, and preparing Motions. Other tasks will include drafting Complaints, legal research and writing, trial preparation and other similar tasks. The ideal candidate should also have experience in having telephone and/or email contact with clients and Court.
Full-time. Salary is based on experience. Paid vacation/sick time. 401K matching after 1 year.
