Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide well-reasoned case analysis
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations
• Manage and maintain a caseload from intake through resolution
• Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines, filing requirements, and procedural rules
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active New Jersey State Bar license in good standing
• 1-5 years of legal experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
