We are seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our fast-growing law firm in Kansas City, Missouri. Our law firm helps clients rebuild their lives after an injury or disability. We are proud of what we do and get very good results for our clients.
As a legal intake specialist, you will:
- Communicate with prospective clients to gather details of their case using our proven system and scripts for handling these calls,
- Prioritize and respond to these inquiries in a timely manner with attention to detail and compassion;
- Help us turn qualified calls into clients so we can continue to grow.
If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, this position may be for you! You may be a good fit if:
- You are comfortable talking to people on the phone in English and Spanish (Bilingual speaking/writing in English and Spanish is required).

Our office hours are 8am-5pm CST, Monday through Friday. Hybrid work (in-office and remote) is possible, but you must have a fast and reliable internet connection and be dedicated full-time to your role during business hours.
Legal Intake Specialist Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs), Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel), Adobe
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Prior legal intake experience in a personal injury firm is not required but is a plus!
