About the role
We are looking for a motivated, self-directed Paralegal to join our small but busy team. This is a part-time position (20–30 hours per week) with pay ranging from $20–$25 per hour depending on experience. You will play a key role in keeping cases organized and moving, communicating with clients and courts, and supporting the attorney across a range of family and civil matters.
ABA paralegal certification is not required. We are open to candidates with relevant work experience in a legal setting.
What you'll do
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents
- Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering information in a professional, empathetic manner
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
