Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney based in Fort Worth, TX. The attorney will handle a variety of immigration matters but primarily removal defense. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting legal documents, representing clients in hearings and appeals, and staying updated on immigration laws and regulations. The attorney will collaborate with a team to provide high-quality immigration services to individual and corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in a state bar association, preferably in Texas but not required
- Prior experience working in immigration law or related fields preferred
Salary : $110,000 - $200,000
