Legal Receptionist (Bilingual – Spanish Required)
We’re an established personal injury law firm looking for a dependable and caring Legal Receptionist to join our team. The right person will be fluent in both English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak both languages) and enjoy helping people, especially during times when they need extra support. As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, greeting visitors, and helping our team stay organized so we can focus on serving our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
- Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Scan, copy, fax, and file documents
- Request and organize medical records
- Keep client files and office systems organized (both paper and digital)
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) – must be able to read, write, and speak both languages
- Friendly, patient, and professional with strong customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers and typing
- Previous experience in a law office or customer service role is a plus
