Full-Time Customer Service Position – Traffic Ticket Law Firm (Hollywood)
Traffic Ticket Team

Compensation: $19–$21/hour to start
Benefits: 100% health insurance after 90 days, paid vacation, and a supportive team environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends or evenings)

We’re a busy and NO DRAMA traffic ticket law firm located in Hollywood, FL, looking to hire a Full-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative. No legal experience is necessary — we’ll train the right person! BUT YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL!!!

Responsibilities include:

• Answering customer calls and providing friendly, professional service
• Data entry and general office duties
• Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
