Responsibilities
- This position is ideal for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual who can assist with a variety of cases and provide valuable support in managing a busy caseload
- The position offers flexibility with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, and the opportunity to work closely with an sole practice attorney in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Assist with legal research, case preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions and other legal documents
- Attend client meetings, hearings and depositions as needed
- Support attorneys in managing case files and client communications
- Provide strategic input on case development and legal strategies
- Manage and meet deadlines associated with multiple cases simultaneously
- Review and analyze legal documents, contracts and agreements
