The ideal candidate will have experience working with immigration forms and procedures and will be able to assist attorneys with case preparation, document organization, and client communication.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Prepare and assist with immigration applications and petitionsAssist with removal defense casesGather supporting documentation and prepare case packets for filing with USCIS, EOIR, and immigration courtsMaintain organized case files and track deadlinesCommunicate with clients to obtain required documentationDraft letters, forms, and basic legal documents under attorney supervisionAssist with case status updates and follow-upsQualifications:Prior experience working with immigration forms and case preparation preferredFamiliarity with USCIS forms such as I-130, I-765, N-400, and I-90Experience with removal defense, asylum (I-589), and cancellation of removal (42B) is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyBilingual (English/Spanish) is requiredExperience in a law office environment preferredPreferred Skills:Experience using case management systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
