A Personal injury Law office based in Sherman Oaks, looking for a PI case manager to work from our Sherman Oaks office. Full-time.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury case load from intake to pre-settlement
- Communicate directly with medical providers to understand best treatment options for each case
- Communicate with clients, manage concerns and expectations
- Organize case files, monitor case statuses, and provide periodic updated to the supervising attorney
- File and organize documents in electronic formats
- Schedule and track doctor appointments, collect final bills and records from providers
- Communicate with providers and insurance carriers
- Obtaining policy limits on the vast majority of cases handled
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of PI Case Management experience
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Ability to proficiently read imaging, medical reports, etc. and determine effective treatment plans for clients
- Experience with electronic case management systems systems
- Able to multi-task and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, organization, and time management skills are essential
- Self-starter who can succeed with limited supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
