Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy
- Open, sort, scan, and file incoming mail
- Maintain electronic and physical client files
- Schedule client meetings and manage attorney calendars
- Assist with client intake and documentation collection
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience required; legal office experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and professional phone presence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
