We are seeking a BILINGUAL (English, Spanish) Property Damage Adjuster.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service;
- Establishing liability with third party insurance companies;
- Establishing insurance coverage for 1st party for collision coverage, signed rejections;
- Perform investigation gathering photos of accident scene, property damage photos, settle total loss, car rentals, set up inspections, lost of use;
- Negotiate with adjusters total loss of vehicle, set up inspection, lost of use total loss, set up rentals;
- Conduct follow up calls and communications with clients regarding their property damage claim;
- Conduct intake and obtain detailed information.
Qualifications:
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced working environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Deadline and detail-oriented;
- Having a valid Adjuster License is a big plus;
- Excellent customer service;
- Must be a team player.
