If so, we are seeking a self starting, experienced and dynamic Senior Family Law Attorney to join our dedicated legal team. You will lead complex family law cases, advocate passionately for clients, and provide expert legal guidance on matters such as divorce, child custody, alimony, and adoption. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotionally charged situations with confidence and clarity. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child support, custody disputes, and related legal issues
• Develop strategic case plans and provide clear legal advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court filings with precision and attention to detail
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution processes
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies
• Collaborate with clients to gather evidence, prepare witnesses, and ensure their rights are protected throughout the legal process
• Stay current on evolving laws related to family law, estate planning, immigration law, tribal law & regulations, and other relevant areas to provide comprehensive counsel

Experience

• Proven track record of handling complex family law cases from inception through resolution with a high level of professionalism
• Extensive knowledge of family law statutes, procedures, and best practices in litigation and negotiation
• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements
• Experience in managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and client service excellence
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes including case management systems and document organization

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
