Part-Time Administrative Office Assistant
Hartford Law Office | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
A small Hartford law office is seeking a reliable and personable Administrative Office Assistant to provide front-office and clerical support in a professional legal setting.
This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet clients professionally
Provide general administrative support
File and organize documents (paper and electronic)
Type letters and legal correspondence
Complete forms and perform data entry
Assist with day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
Good word processing and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite used)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pleasant, professional demeanor
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Prior office experience preferred but not required
