We’re a growing boutique personal injury firm seeking a seeking a motivated and trial-driven litigator who wants real courtroom exposure, meaningful cases, and the autonomy to run files from filing through verdict or settlement.
If you’re tired of endless pre-suit files and want depositions, motions, hearings, and jury trials, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Handle personal injury cases from filing through trial or settlement
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue motions and appear at hearings and mediations
- Try cases in district and circuit court
- Work closely with experts, clients, and support staff
What We’re Looking For
- Active Maryland law license (DC and/or VA a plus)
- Comfortable in court and ready to try cases
- 5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle a caseload independently
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong motion practice, discovery, and advocacy skills
- Organized, decisive, and client-focused
