Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Administrative Hub: Serve as the center point for our systems and processes and ensure seamless communication across all channels
- Memorial Production: Design, draft, and produce high-quality service materials, including memorial folders, thank you cards, urn covers, prayer cards, bookmarks, register books, customized slideshows, photos, music, grave markers, candles, and grief resources
- Inventory & Reporting: Manage office inventories and generate monthly reports to ensure operational readiness
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards in all funeral practices
- Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment
