Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney (Remote)

Location: Miami, Florida (Remote)

Compensation: Up to $225,000

We are partnering with a respected Florida-based litigation practice seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.

This opportunity offers the ability to work fully remotely while handling sophisticated commercial litigation and General Litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience, strong case management skills, and the ability to independently manage matters through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Handle General Litigation cases and related litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery

• Take and defend depositions

• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Develop litigation strategy and provide client counseling

• Work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and support staff

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Bar license in good standing

• 7 years of Commercial Litigation experience

• 3 years of Insurance Defense experience

• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills

• Trial experience preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
