Key Responsibilities:
- Handle plaintiff-side employment law matters from case intake through resolution.
- Manage single-plaintiff cases involving employment disputes.
- Handle matters involving FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and related employment claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of employment law experience.
- Strong plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
- Experience handling single-plaintiff matters.
- Experience with FEHA, discrimination, and harassment cases.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $135,000-$180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
