A respected and growing litigation firm in Boston is seeking an Employment Law Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in employment law seeking to take on a meaningful caseload and work with a collaborative legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of employment law matters from intake through trial or resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar
- 3 years of experience in employment law
- Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
